“See, I am making all things new.”

It is with great joy that I welcome you to the official website of the Tshwane Circuit of the Northern Diocese, Evangelical Lutheran Church in Southern Africa. As a Circuit, we are a community of faith called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, care for one another, and serve our communities. This website provides an opportunity to connect with our ministry, learn about our programmes, and journey with us in fulfilling our calling as the people of God.

From 2026 to 2030, our strategic theme is “Growing Stronger Together – Through Faith, Leadership, Stewardship and Mission.” This theme expresses our conviction that the strength of our Circuit lies not only in what we achieve individually, but in what we can accomplish when we walk, serve and grow together. Through faith, we seek to deepen our relationship with God; through leadership, to develop servant leaders; through stewardship, to faithfully manage the resources entrusted to us; and through mission, to share the love of Christ and make a meaningful difference in our communities.

As we begin this strategic journey, I invite every pastor, parish, congregation, ministry and member to take ownership of this vision. May we embrace the opportunities before us, learn from our challenges, honour our commitments and work together towards a stronger, more vibrant and mission-focused Circuit. God is not finished with us yet. Together, let us grow stronger in faith, stronger in leadership, stronger in stewardship and stronger in mission.
